I saw 15 minutes and thought. “Ok simple today” ..simple looking moves, but the balance you add to it all really kicks up the workout. Thighs and core were working for sure. Thank you raven! 🎉

I cannot believe you do not have more subs, I'm quite new to pilates and your channel is the only channel I like compared to the other big pilates channels! You make them so fun and I love how you talk us through each exercise and how we can modify if we need to. Have been watching you on the TV so haven't been able to comment on your videos but keep it up! Love your videos

After being diagnosed with Rheumo at 33, I haven’t worked out in over a year. Now that I’m on the right meds, I’m trying Pilates. I was only able to do half of the video today, but will do the other half tomorrow. It’s exciting! I also love how you keep it real throughout the video! 😍😍

I've had rheumo since 19 - it's the worst! But these standing workouts are awesome!! Glad you've found the RIGHT meds! Good luck on your journey :)

I love your style and choreo so much that I consider your workouts to be my "secret weapon" for consistency. No matter how much I don't feel like working out, I ALWAYS want to do one of your routines! I added 2 lb hand weights to this one and it was PERFECT!

I've done 4 of your workouts in 4 days and this one is by far my favourite!!! Doesn't hurt my knees/wrists (issues there). I push myself extra hard. After watching Love Is Blind and seeing how motivated you were, it reminded me of when I used to be obsessed with my fitness and health!!! Getting back into it

Raven i have a question! So when it comes to your pilates workouts Would you recommend us to repeat these workouts twice or would you recommend us to do Cardio before/and or After the routine? Which is best? Sidenote I am trying to lose weight. So I typically do hour long workouts each day.

Great question. Either or! For instance before I film these i incline walk on the tread for 30 minutes. Then I film a workout! But if your prefer all pilates I’d do 2 videos!
