Hi Katja, this may be my favourite practice from you thus far. May I suggest that for future videos where we are guided to turn our knees out and connect our heels to form a diamond shape, that the camera could be angled to show how exactly this is done? Especially for a movement that involves alternating the toes tapping the mat and the legs stretching up towards the ceiling. This class was perfect otherwise!
