This Pilates Full Body Workout is a perfect 35-minute routine when you are looking for a well-rounded pilates workout that hits the whole body. You’ll feel energized from head to toe!
Using the pilates principles of core strength and stability, control, coordination and centering, we’ll move through a variety of exercises that will strengthen, lengthen and tone the entire body. We’ll build up some heat in the body, and finish strong with the pilates abdominal series!

Perfect workout. I only had 30 minutes to work out tonight, and this was exactly what I needed. I love that I got in a really challenging workout in only 30 minutes. I really appreciate all of your videos, you’re an amazing teacher 🤗

Hi Maria, glad you love the workouts! I can't speak specifically to IBS and how it affects movement, so you should consult your doctor for that.
