This Pilates Full Body Workout is a perfect 35-minute routine when you are looking for a well-rounded pilates workout that hits the whole body. You’ll feel energized from head to toe!
Using the pilates principles of core strength and stability, control, coordination and centering, we’ll move through a variety of exercises that will strengthen, lengthen and tone the entire body. We’ll build up some heat in the body, and finish strong with the pilates abdominal series!
