You HAVE to tap into this 45 minute strength and conditioning workout for a full body training session 🔥 This workout is designed to improve your overall strength and endurance over time. We'll start with 20 minutes of dumbbell weight training and then finish with 20 minutes of Cardio-HIIT training. As you can imagine, this workout can be a beast BUT we've provided some modifications and features to help you manage throughout. As always, give it a try, have some fun, and let us know how you did!

Hi guys, this workout is incredible! I was diagnosed with microcytic anaemia 6 weeks ago, so I’ve been strength training with your vids and giving the cardio a rest to let the iron tablets kick in. I am 62 and this is the first time I've done this workout. I have been doing others for a week now and I just want to let you know that I really enjoyed this. It was just exactly the right pace and strength for me. I used 5 lb. weights. The background noise wasn't as bad as the 30 minute workout I watched previously. I watch these in the morning to get geared up for my workout. Great job! Thank you!

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

This is the first video I've seen of yours and I love it! I really like the previews of the next move and I really like how you don't yell at me (I do my workouts too early in the morning for that). The countdowns and sound cues are awesome as well. I hate having to watch something while I'm trying to keep the correct posture or position to make sure I know when to stop or change something up! I'm def. going to watch more of your videos for my marathon cross training! Thanks! :)
