Woo let me tell you😮‍💨. This one was it. I will admit I made it through with out quitting this time. Idk if it’s because if lower body. I wanted to give up but I guess cause I saw raven struggling too and she showed it, I felt that I could do it too. Day two done.

Love your vibe and energy with teaching, I am a beginner in pilates, and I'm falling more in love with it with each video of yours that I watch! It's been fun retraining my mind and body to going back to the basics and really pushing myself with patience (i came from the strength training world LOL)

Wowwwie, never tried pilates before and this is no joke!!! Been very dedicated to yoga for maybe a year & a half now which I love, but I recently started running and have been struggling with joint pain, my friend recommended lower body pilates and this was the first video I tried... Ouch! Not sure if I'm doing it right cos I didn't always feel it where you were saying you did.. I'll try a few times and hopefully improve! Great video thanks 😊 wish me luck! 😬🤞

Raven! I’ve tried so many workouts on KZbin and have never been able to finish half way through. I kept seeing how wonderful Pilates is and searched through a few videos until I found yours. This is the first video I’ve ever been able to fully do (with 2 pauses!!) I think I just fell in love with Pilates 🥹 thank you so much for putting these out here!
