I’m in heart failure and I’m trying to start working out to get healthier. I could only make it two minutes into the video. 😭 I’ve been pausing it and then continuing it after I catch my breath and don’t feel light headed. Each day is a journey, but hopefully someday, I can make it through the whole video without pausing ❤

Hello, Kelly!! I'm 67 and Mik is challenging for me, too, but someone gave me a fantastic tip about adjusting the playback speed!! You might ask someone to show you how to do that, and then try the workout. For this video, I adjusted it down 2 points to 90bps. (that's one of the "custome" settings.) Best of luck, and good on you for your effort!!

Hello I subscribed today, found you by accident - maybe there's an algorithm that noticed what I look for. This is my second work out of yours today, and I am really pleased. Your explanations and words of encouragement come at the right moment. Others talk (too much) throughout a work out or just demonstrate, you found a happy medium

Super effective cardio workout for me who rarely does cardio. I liked the fact it was low impact. For a little added increased HR I added a pair of 1kg weights and 😊👍 ✔️

I absolutely love this woman's teaching style. I am uncoordinated and get board easily, and her clear instructions and "No-Repeat" workouts (I absolutely HATE doing the same set for multiple reps) make working out so much more enjoyable. I feel I am rediscovering the joy of moving my body and the right instructor makes ALL the difference. Thank you and keep the standing/no-repeat workouts coming! And I love the background music!🥰

Please do another one like this! I do this video at least 3 times a week. It’s so perfect 🤩. I would looove another one to add to the rotation. Normally I get sick of videos but not this one. I’ve done it like 50 times! Please 😂 and thank you 🙏🏻. Love your content!!

This is exactly what I need to get rid of the sluggish feeling and ease back into working out regularly again. Also, I WAY overate at supper and was feeling uncomfortable for two hours 😅 and then I did this and feel AWESOME 🤩

As a 300lb+, 30 something big guy who has trouble with cardio due to bad knees, I love this workout. Teaching style is perfect, music makes it even more enjoyable. Definitely following this routine more often!

As someone suffering from joint pain because of long covid (and being overweight who are we kidding) I appreciate this low impact no repeat workout! Your videos will be my new go to! I definitely broke a sweat! Also love your warm up & cool down videos :)

Short and effective. My heart rate actually peaked at some point! I recommend this workout for those days when you are pressed for time but need to get work done. ✌

Oh, boy, this was challenging. Problem is: I really suck at lunges and reverse lunges. (I'm super uncoordinated.) Is there something else I could do or is a step back with a tiny knee bend fine?

Good low impact workout -- just wish you would lose those exercises with deep knee bends -- can't do those!!

That 15 second break between sets is a turn off! Just when you're getting into an exercise, it stops! Please do another 20 minute workout, with no breaks, and how about some music, or a beat? That would make the workout a whole lot more fun!!

Have you never done an HIIT workout before? The whole point is that there’s lots of rests. Also, there’s music playing throughout this one, maybe your volume was on low?

okay so, I’m planning to do this for one month maybe even more I really hope it gets easier. Starting weight: 47.5kg Weight goal: 28.5 kg Fourth December 2023: ✅ omg I’m kinda tired now- I’ll do it again tomorrow tho and I hope I atleast do it 5 days a week

I think this should be titled Beginner low impact with all the resting segments. I didn't do the rests and still feel like it could be beginner.

I was able to make it through entire workout however, I modified some of the moves. Just restarting my fitness journey after 18 months postpartum ❤ talk about thighs burning 😂 this workout seems more of lower body / core. Great workout nonetheless

I'm 59 years old and after several years of sitting behind a desk, I need to get control back over my health. It's not only about body image, but general health. I have 9 grandchildren and I want to enjoy them to the fullest. I've tried gyms, it's just not for me; I'm a do it yourselfer. I appreciate your workout. Even for a returning beginner, I was able to do most of the exercises I appreciate the inclusion of weights for my bones. Definitely need to work on balancing. I'll be back

Omg, this is the BEST WORKOUT I HAVE HAD IN OVER 10 YRS.. I was previously working out wich i thought I was doing well till i tried this video and literally couldn't get through the first 14mins😅. Out of my more than 6 times doing this video I have only gotten through it once😂.. i love these intense workouts, the best for me by far, so far❤❤

Can you do more like this --- but no deep knee bends? Less knee drives too? I've had knee surgery on one, and just want to keep the other in good shape, not over working. Can you suggest an alternative to knee drives? Like working to a beat like this one!

I was working out like crazy and i was totally obsessed with that ! But unfortunately i got diagnosed with IIH ( idiopathic intracranial hypertension) and my doc said i have to stop with the hard workouts cuz they made my condition worse so i always chose this video as my to go to workout to keep my body active I’m really thankful

I LOVE this workout so much! I’ve looked for other workouts like this on your channel, but I haven’t found other low impact cardio’s that have the rests in between. And at this stage of my journey I kind of need those couple of seconds to catch my breath. Are there other workouts like this that I haven’t found? Or are you making new ones just like this one? ❤
