The squard...the knee will over the toes...isnt it bad for knee... I hv this machine which i like squard ...but does it injurd the knees since it over the toes....if not over the toes then the squard is too minimal that no effects on glutes...pls clarify

This machine will not hurt your knees, if you don’t lock your knees going up with squats. Only hurt your knees, if you use a barbell and your going to low. I been using this machine over 10 years and my knees are great.
