This pilates reformer class focuses on abs, arms and glutes doing exercises such as mid back series/ arm series supine, kneeling leg sweeps and kick backs, reverse oblique crunches and rotations and side lying arm sweeps with leg movements to activate the glutes. No props needed in this workout, except if you want a yoga block for laying on your side. This workout will leave those abs burning, arms fatigued and glutes sore in an amazing way!

I appreciate your slow methodical approach. My form has improved watching you. Thanks for coaching throughout the class. It's so much easier to use momentum but you encourage us to go slow to work more muscle groups.

Yes! The slower the better. It just allows you to get the mind-muscle connection a little more and as you said work your muscle more when you don’t use momentum. Love to hear that your form has improved because proper form in pilates makes such a big difference! Awesome 💪

Thank you for yet another great workout! Your workouts are never boring and I thank you for that! When selecting from your extensive list of workouts I fast forward them sort of and I see how each workout is multidimensional, if you get what I mean lol. It felt a bit challenging for the arm sequence so I used a white spring, yellow on mine, and then put the blue back on for the leg series. Cannot thank you enough for your free, fun and effective workouts!

Thank you so much for the kind words! I try to mix up the workouts and add something new so you don’t get bored because I don’t like getting bored. It’s a fun challenge for me to get creative in the workouts! Yes the blue on the arm series was challenging, my lats and triceps were on fire at the end. But good modification to drop down a spring 😊💪
