In this video, Carmen demonstrates the exercises Pull Strap and T in the 1st Long Box Series. To prepare for the Pull Strap and T, develop the body's strength and flexibility with consistent practice in the basic reformer and mat. Incorporating the arm series on the Spine Corrector or Small Barrel will open the chest and help with better extension.
