Your resistance band classes are the best out there. This class is a nice shorter combination of the others you’ve posted, ideal for a daily exercise from home 👍🏼.

Love this routine. I'm a 62 year old guy trying to exercise more. I found something that worked great for me on the first exercise ( the band pull-apart). I use a very light resistance loop band with my hands in the same position as given

I just did this workout again. I love how it stretches and strengthens at the same time. My legs have been sore and this really healped relax me.

Amazing, Beth! I just got a bend and I'm really inspired to join all your classes using this tool! Thank you so much for guiding me for the last 2 years. My posture is so much better! I know you already have many videos focused on abs and obliques and they are great, but I'd like to see some challenges in this regard... on KZbin I also follow Lily Sabri's workouts cause she posts a lot of this kind of thing, but she is more like a gym woman... not my type, so even though the workouts are excellent and functional, I often get annoyed haha. You are my favorite, your flow is perfect and the videos give me the peace I need to relax and connect with my innerself

Excellent thanks Beth. What is the length of your resistance band? I think mine is quite a bit shorter than yours so doubling it results in a very short band.
