We can all find ten minutes in our day to squeeze in a short workout, but we need it to be effective and beneficial. What could be more important than keeping our spine mobile and our core strong??
Here I have created a short, fun workout that will make a difference to how your body feels.
You will only need a mat and your Pilates ring, having a cushion(s) to place under your knee(s) is down to your own personal preference.
The Pilates ring was used to add challenge by creating instability in our side kneeling exercises & to increase range of movement in other exercises. What a clever piece of equipment it is when utilised well.

Today’s workout again!! I would love more Pilates ring videos! I travel for work and a Pilates ring is easy to pack! My Pilates bar keeps getting caught as nunchucks 😂

I am only just beginning kg ‘Pilates journey’ and am absolutely loving the 28 day bar challenge and am also trying to include a short 10 minute session. I much prefer workouts with equipment especially the bar and ring! Are you likely to add any more workouts using the ring/magic circle? (Thighs and pelvis need a blast!!!) haha! Thank you for your channel and introducing me to the world of Pilates!! x

Hi This is a very good work out however you forgot to do the other side of the strech. Regardless I'm definitely subscribing to your channel
