Thanks Mira this was very stretchy flow really loosen the spindle area and core fantastic job appreciate very great instructor see next work out thumbs up always keep up the great work l will do this regularly especially after strength training

I just found your channel while searching for morning stretches and I have to say I already love your videos! You explain every movement and the intention of the movement so well and the time passes really fast, which is something I don't find often with workout videos.
