This Pilates Standing Workout incorporates leg strength and balance, as well as upper body toning with light weights!
In this 28-minute routine, we’ll start with standing mobility exercises to warm up the body before moving onto leg and glute strengthening, adding in single leg balancing work. The second half will focus on the arms and shoulders to round out the routine!

😅 Hadn’t done this one for a long time. Quite challenging on this hot summer day 🥵 as compared to my comment a couple of years ago on a freezing Geneva day 🇨🇭. I never tire of your guidance 🙏

I do your videos 3 - 4 times a week. I'll be revisiting this one for sure. Working with the weights is good for my osteoporosis.

I've just found your channel and have done your lower back and standing workouts this morning. I have a recurrent back injury and usually go back to doing yoga but I've been told pilates would be better and I like the bite size workouts of under 30 mins at a time as I struggle with getting started on something especially if its a long session so this is great! thanks

Finally did this workout with my new 1kg weights, instead of canned tomatoes cans. I plan to stick to this weight for now. I never imagined I would love working with weights, in addition to the stretchy band or magic circle or blocks or balls. My basket of toys is filling up. Cailin, I loved it! I love these standing workouts as I have a problem with my abs on one side, which means I can experience pain if I exert myself in some positions on the mat. I used cans of tomato sauce as weights 😂
