This is an Intermediate Pilates class where you’ll flow from one exercise to the next for an effective total body workout.
You’ll work on Pilates arm exercises with weights, standing leg exercises to strengthen the lower body and exercises to work on balance.
You won't even need your Pilates mat for this class. Just grab a set if light weights for this Pilates routine.
