Use this Pilates, wake-up workout to start your day. In the early morning when you have just rolled out of your comfy bed, your body isn't disturbed by the challenges of your day. You are free to make a good start. With morning Pilates exercises, you can feel any stiffness and address it properly. To open your chest with the spine twist, to release your back muscles with the shoulder bridge, to stretch all your body with the swimming exercise: Pilates literally helps you to listen to your body.
This new workout is 25 minutes long and will help you ease into your day refreshed.

I love her work out, wonderful instructor, she takes time to explain and catch the breath and easy to follow. I love her smile that makes the practicing more pleasant. 😊

Update: Third winter in a row! Extra important on this year of the pandemic when I cannot go to the gym. I have tried other videos, but this sequence is the one that my body loves the most. Thank you!
