This is a Full Body Pilates workout incorporating the Foam Roller. You'll finish this short program feeling lengthened, connected, and refreshed from the inside out.
Adding in the Foam Roller to your Pilates routine provides an extra layer of Fascial training along with the unique benefit of working your underutilized muscles from the unstable surface.
Use this workout whenever you need a quick movement break throughout your day!
