www.buymeacoffee.com/Barlates Welcome to the Burn It Series of 4 workouts that are targeted to strengthen and define specific muscle groups. Using minimal equipment such as a stability ball and pilates ball, you will perform graceful toning exercises that will re-shape and balance all your major and minor muscle groups.
In BURN IT Total Body you will use an inflatable barre/pilates ball to increase the burn on Pilates style mat exercises. After a few dynamic stretching exercises to warm up you will perform a tough triceps abs set, a glute bridge series, some inner thigh squeezes and finally a crouching single leg series with glute raises and side raises. It's a fast paced workout that will target most major muscle groups including the glutes, inner thighs, obliques, arms, lower abs and thighs.

Amazing workout! The dynamic stretching at the beginning was such unique movements: it felt very good. The behind-the-back upper body work hit the triceps very well. And the crouching leg work was so intense in the back AND front of the leg: I will feel it tomorrow, I think! Thank you!

Linda oh my goodness!!! My legs are shaking! Had to laugh at myself because the last few moves I just could not my ball behave! It kept shooting across the room and I would have to go chase it down so I finally just did it without but it still hurt like crazy!! You come up with the most unique ways to torture us!!! But we love you for it!!!!

Ha ha! I have had that happen a lot of times, but with this ball it rarely does anymore. The key is to let some air out so you can squeeze it really tight. You could also use a rolled up towel for the behind the knee exercises 😄

This is again a very good workout - i love mat workouts and this is perfect - hard , effective and all mat :) Found this channel a few weeks ago and ever since been doing her workouts - extremely effective and make u burn even for people that already have training :) Tried the garden series ( because the scenery is very beautiful and distracts me from the though workouts :) - highly reccommend

It's been a while since I did this one so I forgot how burning the very last grouping of exercises is 🔥. Enjoyed this one in the morning and didn't enjoy another 30 min workout by another instructor 😁 cause there was too much talk and drinking water 🤨🤨🤨🤨. Thanks, Linda!

So so so so awesome!!! I loved the hamstring work in this with the ball. Mine popped out twice when I lost focus haha. It went rolling across the room and startled Eliza 😂 I also enjoyed using it for some upper body work. My triceps and hamstrings will be talking to me tomorrow! Thank you!! Btw, I'm loving how you keep coming up with workouts using different equipment. I'm trying to switch around to target using as many different pieces as possible every week. It's giving me great results!

You can try letting a bit of air out of your ball or wrap a pilates band around it. It really helps! Yes, I love using lots of equipment as well. It definitely helps for the body not to get comfortable with one style of training 😄

ha ha! The ball is a kids playground ball that I bought in the toy section of a local department store. In Australia you can get them pretty much everywhere - Kmart, Big W, Target. You can try Amazon if you are overseas. It's an inflatable knobble kobby ball. 😄

I have a similar white ball and same size. It's a pilates ball so some sport stores might have them, too.

A great workout! And hard! My form was mostly off but that just makes me want to do it again even more. For years, I've found pilates interesting, and even started doing it from time to time but something just didn't click. With your first pilates workout, everything clicked - I am hooked! Hey Linda love this workout going to try this evening when my son goes to bed. Want to ask if maybe I could substitute the round pilates ball to a peanut pilates ball? I do not have a small round one but do have a green peanut one used for lower back and neck when on ground? Let me know and will try to give it a shot with a ball sometimes this weekend 😁😘😉

I'm sure the peanut ball will work. You can use pretty much anything that you can squeeze and get some good tension out of - even a rolled up towel would work for a lot of the exercises 😄

It's actually just a kids, inflatable playground ball from the toy section of my local department store. It's called a knobble ball here, maybe knobby ball could be another name. 😄
