Using minimal equipment and your own body-weight you will see how much definition and strength you can achieve in minimal time and with minimal space. The pace is fast, but the moves are not complicated to follow so you can really focus on executing each one with perfect form.
In Shape It Mostly Mat you will perform crouching, plank and mat combinations that will challenge your mind and muscles. You will see exercises such as plank push-up variations, crouching butt kicks, table top glute raises, side leg raises, down dog raise and plants, knee pulls, a glute bridge segment with the band and inner thigh and abs combinations to finish. There will be easier modifications shown throughout, so make sure you choose your level. To intensify this workout you can add ankle weights, you can do the glute bridge without a band if you don't have one.
