www.buymeacoffee.com/Barlates Welcome to the SHAPE IT Series, these workouts will sculpt your entire body with unique combination moves that get the heart rate up and the muscles burning! Using minimal equipment and your own body-weight you will see how much definition and strength you can achieve in minimal time and with minimal space. The pace is fast, but the moves are not complicated to follow so you can really focus on executing each one with perfect form.
In Shape It Mostly Mat you will perform crouching, plank and mat combinations that will challenge your mind and muscles. You will see exercises such as plank push-up variations, crouching butt kicks, table top glute raises, side leg raises, down dog raise and plants, knee pulls, a glute bridge segment with the band and inner thigh and abs combinations to finish. There will be easier modifications shown throughout, so make sure you choose your level. To intensify this workout you can add ankle weights, you can do the glute bridge without a band if you don't have one.

💖This class really gets all the glute muscles working. My legs were shaking especially by the time the inner thigh section came! A creative class different from squats and lunges and it still truly burns! Thank you Linda 💖

If these moves can’t shape my body, I don’t know what lease can! With two 2 lbs ankle weights on through this whole workout, my lower body is in absolute submission🤪🤪🤪. Thank you as always. I feel so good

I expected it to be nice and easy, just right for Saturday evening, which I spent on cleaning, cooking etc. I added ankle weights to make it slightly tougher... OH MY GOD! What have I done? But I coudn't stop it and I did the whole workout with weights, during the bridges I used the loop. I am proud of myself!

I don’t do KZbin workouts unless I am away because I don’t have WiFi. However I absolutely love this style of workout. There is no instructor like you!! I’ll be looking for this on Amazon!!

This Shape It series is my absolute favorite of your series!!! This was awesome- I love working the glutes too. I hope you keep making some workouts similar to these : ) I paired it with your Bodyweight Basics Cardio Sculpt. I am working my way up in interval times- I did beginner intervals, hiit series, working on bodyweight basics this week, and next week I plan to tackle the Endurance 90 series.Thanks!! PS yes, I was sad to see you go when the workout was over lol. These new ones have been extra fun!

Thanks! The Chisel It series you bought 2 workouts from is similar to this one. It's kinda my new style for a bit so you will see lots of these combo moves and up and down moves in my upcoming workouts 😊

Hi Linda I just got done doing your totalbody shape it mostly mat workout.And it was a totaly burnner since the biggining.And u said if we wanted we can use some ankel weights and big mistake for me !!!iwas on fireeeee!!!all the way through the whole workout till the end even on the abs section my abs where crying for mercy.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

It's really individual so I can't really give you any numbers. It depends on your height, weight, fitness level etc. The best thing to do is to get a hear rate monitor that you can wear during the workout. 😁
