This was great! I'm so sore from my workout yesterday which made this even harder to get through. The abs portion of this workout was definitely a challenge for me! Looking forward to doing this again when I'm not in pain 😅. I never thought I would look so forward to switching to glutes in my life. Thank you for making another ball workout!! For those who want to try this, a Pilates ball is one of the cheapest peices of equipment you can purchase! And they usually come in packs of 2!
