I have a question because particularly when I pucker lips for thee exercises I get a lot of lines around my chin and lips even when I pull my skin I still make lines around chin (for ex exercise two cheek sculptor). Hi, Lisa! My favorite exercise is the one for the forehead. I always thought we should only relax this part, but just learned how to do a strength exercise on a deeper lever. I really like facial exercises, and it would be great to know how your grandmother learned them. Also, it would be very nice if you could make a video explaining the principles of it. I recommend doing a different 5-10 minute video 5x per week. I do mine Monday to Friday, but you could add in a rest day on weekdays and do it on alternate days if you like! :)

Many years ago there was a face improver instructor who came up with a whole series of exercises, so called Jazzexercises, I am not sure. She had a decent kind of face untouched by wrinkles, or so it seemed. The exercises were not easy and certainly demanded a lot of effort. Which is fine if it works. Unfortunately, it turned out she had had gone through several plastic surgeries which secret she revealed in a video. Possibly that video is still somewhere in the YT network. The woman in this video here is young and her skin shines. I just hope that this is the result of exercises she suggests, not just the natural look of a young and pretty woman which in itself is great. The previous experience leaves me highly skeptical.

Hope you are enjoying the workouts!!!! Once a day is great, I do one routine per day Monday-Friday, you can either stick with just the one workout if it is to your preference or you can mix and match with all of the other routines we have on offer! :)

Wow are these ever hard to do! Only two days in and I’m beat! On a mission to repair damage from a HIFU facelift. Ironically the only cosmetic thing I ever did and probably the worst choice.

I'd say once a week isn't enough. Lisa mentioned in a later comment that she does it either 5 days (M-F) or people can just do it on alternating days.
