for those wondering if it works, yes it does! ive been doing mizis face workouts for a year now and have noticed a huge difference (sharper jawline, and slimmed face) 2 months in. the trick is just to be consistent with it! yes it takes discipline but in the end it is very worth it. doing these excersises helped my jawline become more defined than it has ever been and i hope those reading this will see their own progress too! ^-^

doing this everyday!🌱🪲 DAY 1- ✅i did it. its not hard and its relaxing DAY 2- ✅i did it. nothing much change DAY 3- ❌ i forgot😭 DAY 4- ✅i did it and I see a little change! I can't believe it, I'm so happy😭🌚 DAY 5- ✅i did it :DDD DAY 6- ✅i did it and i see another little change!!! I do the exercises twice a day! Day 1 🎉 Day 2 🎉 Day 3 🎉 Day 4 🎉 Day 5 🎉 I think these exercises start to work after you do it 2 times a day for a few days. I’m not saying your double chin disappears but I sure am seeing that my chin area is just a bit slimmer. No jokes no cap. Consistency is key. And I think these exercises help me with my neck pain and hump, too. (I’m also doing other exercises for them but this one relaxes me, too.) To be continued! Remind me to update 🎀

Day 1! Goal is to consistently do it for 30 days. Like to remind me. Day 2 - done Day 3 - done Day 4 - done Day 5 - done, I almost forgot to do it today but remembered at the end of the day. Day 6 - done Day 7 - done - I don't think I'm seeing any changes yet but I am going to stick with it. Day 8 - done - my sterno muscle in my neck is becoming more defined. Day 9 - done - going to keep going! Day 10 - done Day 11 - done! I think the sides of my jawline are getting more defined, I'm waiting to see under my chin get more definition. Day 12 - done! Day 13 - missed Day 14 - missed Day 15 - done Day 16 - done Day 17 - missed Day 18 - done Day 19 - done Day 20 - done, I am really starting to see resutls now, my jawline is more defined, and my skin feels firmer. I'm starting this workout alongside the 7minute face fat work out. For reference, I'm a UK size 14 with a visible double chin and face fat on my cheeks. I have done 3 days so far and not really seen any difference yet, but I am determined to continue this and see results. I'm curious as to how long it will be before I start to see or feel any differences! Reading the comments has given me a lot of hope!

@@pranitha27 I’ve been doing this workout for three weeks now, and I picked up another workout that can be done from bed, and the progress I’ve seen so far is that my face is less puffy, but not yet defined as such. The double chin is still there but my cheeks are not as fat, my cheekbones are a little more visible again

Doing this before the start of school! Day 1: My jaw hurts but i notice a slight difference Day 2: My jaw hurts again but I'm starting to notice a difference Day 3: My jawline is starting to get sharp, and I notice a slight difference in my double chin too Day 4: Only within 4 days, my double chin is starting to disappear and my jawline is getting a lot sharper Day 5: My jawline is a lot sharper but my double chin isn't completely gone Day 6: Same as Day 5 Day 7: I can see a lot of differences when compared to Day 1 Day 8: The progress is getting better but my double chin still isn't completely gone. Day 9: Same as Day 8 Note: I've been doing the other 2 face workout videos that she has posted, the 9 minute and 7 minute one, I've been doing them along with this one, the 8 minute. Also, don't forget to wash your hands before doing these exercises.

I did some practice in the old videos for some days and I was disruptive because of my exams at school. Now I am back Day 1 evening 🌚 checked Day 2 🌚 checked Day 3 🌚 checked I have practiced for 3 days but I only do once a day because I am quite busy in the morning. But I will try to do it twice a day. Girls let's do it to get rid of your double chin💪🏻 Day 4 🌞 I skipped doing the workouts for almost 9 days. I’m back and I will start count another routine. This day is 25th April. Day 1 🌚

Just logging everyday I do this here in case it help anyone Day 1 = ✅ Day 2 = ✅ Day 3 = ✅ Day 4 = ✅ 16.04.24 no visual changes seen yet, only did 1x today Day 5 = ✅ started to combine facial massage (with this it’s def.helping) Day 6 = ✅ Day 7 = ✅ Day 8 = missed Day 9 = ✅ Day 10= ✅ Day 11= ✅ Summary: to be added Please note : I am overweight so carry excess fat in lower cheeks too due to weight and due to ageing & sagging -no wrinkles but downward sagging. So let's see if this works for me, if it does for me it will definitely for younger non-overweight people! I'm trying to watch what i eat too! Naturally all over weight loss will reduce fat too all over body and face too.

These are good exercises. I've been doing them for about a week consistently (morning and night) but I do have _one_ concern. Is it normal to experience lip numbness/tingling while doing these? I think the "kissing the sky" one causes it for me. It feels funny for a few minutes after and then I don't notice it. I want to keep doing these, but I just need to make sure that's normal and not harmful!

⭐️ steps ⭐️ 1: Gently press your jawline with your thumbs 2: press your chin with your thumbs and look up 3: straighten your shoulders and look to the side 4: reach your tongue to your upper lip 5: press the corners of your jaws 6: tilt your head up and kiss the sky 7: suck in your cheeks 8: massage your jawline from the chin to corners/down to up 9: tilt your head up and to the side 10: pronounce “ahh” and “ooo” with as many facial muscles as possible 11: tilt your head up and massage your neck downwards with your knuckles 12: hold the back of your head and stretch your neck ⭐️finish!⭐️
