Last exercise perfect it is. I was worried about your breathing, but this mentioned last exercise showed that you guessed what was good enough for your body. Maybe to relax a little in performing, not to put too much pressure on a heart. And to wind the room by opening the door if it is too hot outside, but the weather I saw here was pretty.

If you are doing the intermediate, you should be able to focus and control at a steady pace. She did a great job. It is intermediate, supposed to have a quicker flow by then.

I know I'm 3 years late but there is a beginner routine which is similar to this that is much slower if this is too fast. Either that or you can pause the video so you can change positions in order to catch up.

I enjoyed but I think the teacher can improve by slowing down and teaching the same in a more relaxed manner....a little stressed

Actually the teacher is doing a great job. Pilates is not suppose to be slow, controlled movement is key.

I think she does beginner classes which are slower. This is perfect! Better than the studio I go to.

@@Exhausted_Pigeon we all have our preferences. Speed is fine, but stress is not. Flowing like a bird Pilates should be. Actually I am also qualified and just giving my feedback without offence.

@@ig8542 No offence taken or given. Yes, preferences differ. I actually found myself laughing during the routine but I understand. I just pause or slow it down if needed as it's a good challenge. I know your original comment was 3 years ago, thanks for responding🙏
