I've been doing your workouts regularly for little over a week now. I sweat, I stretch, AND I feel relaxed during and after. How can you do all three?? My leg lifts have never been so straight and high - and I've been doing other youtube pilates workouts for a long time. Your instruction is great. I'm devoted

Hi Paphapinn! It definitely helps to tone your body. For loosing weight, you should combine with your diet and some cardio Pilates I have made. Check out my Cardio Pilates playlist and keep me posted! 💚
