Always enjoy your recipes and excited to try the ones I have not had before. BUT this one had just had me jumping as I have been looking for a non complicated, ez to get ingredients to put mac & Cheese back on the menu. I am over the moon for this one and can't wait to try it. Even if I don't want the pimento flavor I can see the potential for a basic simple M&C.
