PINEAPPLE CHOW

In today's recipe I have prepared a simple pineapple chow which is similar to a pineapple salsa and salad. I have listed the ingredients used, not giving exact quantities because the amounts can be adjusted as you like.
PINEAPPLE CHOW
1 pineapple
salt
hot pepper
chadon beni
garlic
juice of sour orange or lemon
