For me Kobe is the GOAT. because he did it with less, he ain't the most gifted athlete physically, he doesn't jump as high as MJ and Vince, he doesn't have the big hands like MJ and Kawhi and he doesn't have the built/body like Lebron. But he maximized all his potential and convert his talents to skills.. his legacy is even greater because of his mentality to never give up and work hard to achieve your dream. Respect!
@bettyjeanstokes3604 жыл бұрын
Kobe didn't need all of that, the muscles like Lebron would only slow him down, jumping as high as M.J. he did not need to jump that high to get the results he needed, having the big hands like M.J. and Vince he didn't need either because as you stated he knew how to maximize what God blessed him with and not only that he wasn't afraid to show you or anyone what he was working with. He went on to be just what he wanted to be the GREATEST PLAYER EVER IN BASKETBALL AND NOT ONLY THAT A LEGEND WITH 2 JERSEYS HANGING IN THE RAFTS OF THE LAKERS #8 and #24. Kobe is in a class all by himself whenever you look it that way. He was a man always on a mission and he knew it would take hard work to accomplish the things that he did on the court and off the court. That's why he is and always will be a true Champion because he knew how to win at this thing called "life" M.J. was his mentor, but Kobe passed him on so many levels and there is no comparison between Kobe and any one of these players you are talking about. I would have Kobe on my team any day than any of those players, he trained the hardest and stay at for 20 yrs, and just look at his accomplishments. Oh, before I forget he is in the Hall Of Fame. So "fancy pants show me what you're working with,"

He did everythng to win, not dirty like doing unnecesary shit but throwing elbows etc not showing any respect and doing everything to win. He gets swept in the Finals and blames it on his hand. Kobe breaks his finger and wins a championship. I can tell you who's better. If stats aren't everything, you should really know Kobe is the co GOAT with Jordan because no one can hit the shots Kobe can.
