It's the most consistent co2 marker on the market. Its just about as good as air. Mine, however, is leaking co2 and didn't improve after installing the replacement O'ring. I am waiting to hear back from Mercury Rise, as I suspect I have to replace some or all of the other O'rings. If you have problems with the Gavle, they take it back and fix it, and usually add any upgrades current at the time. I have both, as they are the only CC launchers I would carry.

Leaking down the barrel or does it sound like it’s coming out the detents or magwell?

Do a bolt reset by unscrewing the back cap with a size 4 allen wrench pull out the bolt and put it back in place some of the launchers the bolt gets misaligned and just needs to be reset and that should hopefully fix your problem:)

Great job That ammo is 679/680 so I think If you stay just a little higher in bore size for testing the barrel should keep on working without failure. Keep up your endeavor I honestly think your on to something for the community and appreciate you sharing your project with us .Hopefully your barrel works and your share your work with others . If you don't mind what are you printing with . My opinion the shot lose is just co2 loss (co2 inconsistency) and not the barrel .

that 7th shot i feel is still more powerful than anything else right out of the , i noticed several videos back you only shoot 6 shots , heck even the 8th shot would hurt lol !!! , great video bro !!! . now on bore matching , just coat some with about 3 complete coats of clear or any color paint , i started doing this decades ago , and in my paintball days , i would coat even my paintballs , had more power than plain ones ! . its how i bore matched long ago lol , sometimes it would take a whole week to do because of up to about 8 complete coats !!! .

The most critical dimension to the sucess of your endeavour is going to the breech/bolt entry. Pay attention to the OD of the oring on the bolt tip. For instance the M17 they recommend a barrel bore no smaller than 0.683. I tried a 0.682 and destroy my Freak insert when the bolt jammed down the barrel. A print wont be as forgiving in this area.
