Pitch Black Trailer - Directed by David Twohy and starring Vin Diesel, Cole Hauser, Keith David, Lewis Fitz-Gerald, John Moore. I think I remember seeing this trailer/preview and how cool and dark the story looked. Was more than happy seeing the movie when it came out. Vin was the first action guy that got me excited about the action movie genre since Arnold. Can't go wrong with space adventure flicks if you ask me. The universe awaits.

I like both the movie and Vin Diesel's portrayal. A Sci-fi horror survival movie that mixed elements of dark and from Alien series. Like Alien sequel "Aliens" that made into a badass Sci-fi action movie, it sequel "Chronicles of Riddick" was a Sci-Fi Action movie.

Not sure why everyone is commenting that this is one of the best sci-fi movies ever because when I watched it I thought it was pretty mediocre. Tons of plot holes, inconsistencies, and things that just don’t add up. And the writing and acting really aren’t that good. It’s a 5/10 at best. I don’t think they do a very good job of making you care about or even know anything about the characters. Feels rushed and arbitrary. Doesn’t feel like a real world I’m witnessing.

the first 2 were awesome but they mess up with the 2013 Riddick Movie. they had a chance to explore the Riddick Universe a bit more than just another Pitchblack comeback. A Chance to tell where was Riddick being taken from Pitch Black before crash Landing. how they separated after. And second They made the Space Ships a Bit Quirky look funny in 2013 Riddick. The space Ship design in Pitch Black had a very Mortal suspence and Realism to it. technology that could be posible in a future. The Crash Landing was Awesome part.
