Look at Paul man so inspirational. This is the guy I trust the most when it comes to programs. Everything is science-based and safe to do. The guy that actually cares about you being healthy.

Being a student who should’ve been in resource, to hear you go through some of the same struggles I’ve gone through when it came to Academics inspires me. Learning how to learn was one of the greatest moments in my life so far. Being able to enjoy going through studies and experiments. Thanks for sharing 🙏🏼

Wow his story is LITERALLY mine. Injury ridden football player that had 3 surgeries before I even graduated high school. 22 years old based in phoenix az that played football at NAU. Ended up tearing meniscus/mcl and missed the whole season. Went juco got an opportunity at UofA where I tore my labrum in my shoulder. Now I’m a trainer in Mesa AZ just tryna find my way helping athletes stay healthy and get better the most effective way I can while attending school at ASU now. You’re such an inspiration to me Paul and now knowing your story I only identify with you more. I’m at the point right now where I feel like I need to get another job because it doesn’t seem feasible for me to make a living out here in training. I’m gonna keep grinding though, i know I’ll find a way to succeed I just gotta make it happen.

OK, I have officially listened through every episode of this podcast. Some of them twice. I have completed my doctorate in squidwardry. First off, amazing content! I have been hooked since the first episode. Now that I've made it all the way through I feel justified in a small request. It's something I have seen in previous comments as well. Please have Ben Patrick (knees over toes guy) on the show. There are so many areas you guys overlap but have very different approaches. It would be an incredibly entertaining and informative discussion for you guys to talk through your training methodology together in the same room. Calvin - if you are the one monitoring these comments, please pass this up the chain. Thanks!

Ahh mahn, I'm dyslexic and struggled in school soo i can relate to that immensly, and am studying Sport and Exercise Science (with no word of a lie) had the same feeling and experience with everything just clicking and understanding how i learn and being able to explain things to others in a simple way. To make it even more booky, i went to coffee with one of my high school coaches looking for internships this past december and i can literally still remember the conversation we had to this day.
