Wasn't America worried that north Vietnam was being influenced by communist powers and that's why we got involved in the war, because South Vietnam wanted to stay democratic and we stepped in around that time? Totally communism vs democracy.

So there is a version of this, for military spouses and military in general. We get free healthcare. And yeah, it sucks ass. Takes forever to get an appointment, and then the doctors are worse than regular public GPs.

@@staplerwatercup4605 Yea Urgent Cares are beyond fucked in terms of wait times and the amount of doctors/nurses there. I'd truly rather pay less taxes and have to pay more for medical care because unless you're sick/injured often its just not worth it imo. almost 14% sales tax feels so bad when it can take YEARS to get an appointment with a surgeon.
