The Blue Goo Bomb is probably the way the author wanted you to spread. I feel as though it was the intended way of spreading the goo. Since the Blue Goo is a product, this scenario seems to want to mimic the sales or the spread of an actual product rather than a plague. If everyone in the UK had the product, it doesn't mean they take it with them or unknowingly advertise the product. Maybe if you explore every single tree thoroughly will the answer become clear. What bothers me is the lack of use of any insta-infecting abilities. There's clearly bound to be more of them, judging by the space connecting to the first one and the amount of empty space left. I know it's important to save them from when you really need them, but with such a slow cross-country transmission speed, it's almost mandatory. Still, great video Pravus.

This scenario has two endings in it? It really doesn't give you that impression due to the fact the deadly symptoms mutating fast. If the author really wanted you to either play as a money making CEO of a blue goo toy or evil operative in the Illuminati, then the transmissions should probably not cause mutations. Since mutations only affect the Symptoms, it can make you play as a villain if you didn't want to. I feel the author either needs to stop mutation chance if you only use transmissions and allow mutation to happen if you start Illuminati, or move the symptoms from the symptoms tab completely and place them in either the transmission or abilities tab like other scenarios as to prevent unwanted mutations.

Or, here's a thought, the mutations are the illuminati trying to effect (affect? Always get them confused) the toy and turn it into the killing machine they want it to be, and you're meant to be fighting that when you go down the good path.

i think the idea is that by the time mutation chance becomes a thing, the CEO is so out of touch and uncaring that he doesn't recognize the problems caused by an undercover illuminati agent (essentially the mutation chance represents a sort of "npc" type thing) until it's too late to do anything

I recomend the "Zerg Drop Pod (EB) Alpha" custom scenario. I personaly found it far too easy on Normal so I recomend playing on Brutal. EDIT: I forgot to tell you that if you do play it you should read the WHOLE description, it has some importent information on the scenario

maybe the author forgot to ramp up the cross-border transmission? it seems as though Blue Goo spreads insanely fast on a country, but can't get to other countries. I haven't touched Plague Inc. for a while, so just a hunch.

After watching several of your videos, I feel that you don't appreciate a more difficult custom scenario. A lot of the plagues you try seem rather brainless, with an abundance of DNA points so that you can pick all of the upgrades. Those ones may make a good video to watch, but I personally would be bored out of my mind if the scenarios were that easy.

Was it just me that realized how to get boat and plane transmission quickly? Maybe it's because most plagues spread by boat and plane quickly after gaining ground in an infected country, but I immediately saw that you had to buy the boat/plate transmission tree for it to start, like a real business.. If that made any sense.

Not done with the video yet, but it seems to be that you forgot to buy the water resistance (boat icon) halfway through the video. Maybe that is why you have no boats leaving infected? Just a thought. EDIT: 13:03 "Missing something". You don't have air resistance upgraded either -_-. Kinda bugs me. Still, really great concept, and great video! EDIT 2: 14:40 Yay! You got them!

Sorry. It bugs me. That's all. I should change it again. Sorry if I got you mad or anything. What I meant was that it bugged me from that point because he wasn't getting on any boats. There was probably something in the code that was triggering that response, whereas in easy mode, the boats and planes would be accessed easier. Since the disease infects a country really quickly after a given period of time, it seems that the boats and planes were made as a way to counteract that measure. At least land borders were slightly easier to infect through.
