Hi!😊 I love this video!🥰 I’ve never really been a goal setter (a dreamer and believer sure, but not so much on goals) it’s just not the way my mind works, I guess? I’ve just sort of always felt that life is so fluid and everyday holds the opportunity to learn and grow and then I’d get all muddled trying to set a goal. I love this approach and thought process, sort of focusing on priorities and then watching the growth that happens when you pour yourself into them. It’s just really amazing and refreshing and I love it! I also love what you said about being inspired by your husband for service to others, I think it was honest and beautiful. Thank you so much, you’ve definitely inspired some thinking for me, which I love!❤❤❤

This is such a interesting concept. Year after year I make the same weight loss goals and I always fail. I need to value my health and not the number on the scale.
