Whasssup you clowns my name is Emily and I'm a certified PT, group fitness instructor, and creator of EMKHIIT.

If you want more of a challenge then do the whole thing twice! I did the workout twice and man I can feel the burn! I did the modification for most of it, but hey this was hard! Thank you for challenging me!

I keep coming back to this quick workout. I still haven’t been able to complete it without stopping but at least I am getting a challenging workout.

This looks easier than it is; by the 3rd set, I had to switch to the modification. Definitely need to get my core stronger. I'll try to start by doing this every day.

I just came to enjoy and analyse the video . Was very confident that it would be hard which indeed is . Not gonna do it today for sure . My lazy ass is not motivated enough for this fire 🔥
