Yep, always plan ahead!!!! Not one person( Mom) should only cook, we all have to learn to cook. Make meals simple, use simple healthy ingredients. Use restaurants techniques to cook and prepare meals, all the ingredients cooked separate and ready to mix before serving . Cook protein in advance, cook vegetables and carbohydrate( not for me) in advance, Always have fresh eggs, boiled eggs in Fridge, make egg salad, Fish salad, chicken salad, have them ready in fridge. Cook in bulk, store in fridge, Soups, Stews, Chicken, steaks, ......................... Always have Cabbage and other greens ready in your fridge, make nice salad with lots of olive oil and protein. Shop once a week, cook two times a week. Don't buy fast food, kids eat that, they won't eat home made food. Fast food or Junk food has artificial taste enhancers that make people addicted.

Thank you for the video. I liked peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and sometimes would make it myself. My mom wasn't healthy and neither was my father. Though I was fussy about what I eat, it was usually about how the food looked. I just recently ate avocados when I went to the store and was given a sample with the recipe. It shocked me that avocado tastes so good. So now I will eat them. My mom didn't cook by herself we had to help. Didn't really have much food growing up so not everyone is in the same situations. I was thankful just to have something to eat. Sometimes now I perfer not to eat. 🙃

Just reaching near 40, and I realised very recently that my older brother has gastric issues, like myself. My mum has done OMAD and she loved it, she’s gone back to rubbish. This morning she got croissants with chocolate. I’m so done eating garbage. I’m looking forward to eating raw veg again and getting back to better taste buds again. I don’t take vitamins anymore. Not sure how you notice that you need one without a blood test. I need to go low carb. But I’m going to do these things after a few days to trying to do some ketosis. Cause I need to detox the rubbish. I’ve had 4 straight events lately where I had cake and regular food as well as beer. My body told me today I’ve had enough; the migraine and vomiting; not looking forward to that EVER again. Awareness is great ❤

I’m burping 50 to 100 times a day. I don’t drink carbonated beverages at all. It is causing me to feel sick. How can I fix this?

It's about understanding the underlying cause for you and that may be different for every person. Come on dude, get on the carnivore train... This pandering to the nuance damages anything other ruminate fat and meat 50/50 is the only utopian solution. Eating birds and sausages is akin to saying freebasing cocaine isn't going to give you the perpetual runny nose drip...
