I've been on and off Weight Watchers for years, and I watch WW videos on and off as well, but I'm so enjoying your videos that I might just stay on WW this time. You're very motivating!

Thanks so much, Eileen! I appreciate that. 😊 It's really about making it a lifestyle and learning to eat what you enjoy and not depriving yourself. I have chosen to lose weight slowly and that really works best for me this time around. 😉

I might try only putting half the marinara with the cheese and then in last minute put the rest of marinara. I don't eat zucchini, so maybe that would help with dryness. I also put about a 1/4 cup of milk in my turkey meatloaf which helps a lot. This was a really good day of food!

Thanks so much! I agree with adding something to it. When I found this recipe, I thought it just sounded so simple, but I just didn't think about the fact that I was modifying it with ground turkey so I'd need to add something. Never used milk before though! I may have to try that!

I always add grated sweet onion to ground chicken or turkey breast. .adds a little moisture..in addition I grate mushrooms and zucchinni into it plus a little worstershire sauce which gives it a meaty taste....I make burgers or mini meatloafs....also add a drop of ketchup ...gives you a bigger portion plus tastes juicy....try it

I'm so glad that I don't need to count calories anymore. I lost 200 lbs with the carnivore diet. I eat till I'm full , I don't calculate anything and my anxiety, depression, fatigue , IBS , inflammation etc is all gone.

I love my Fitbit, but I've never done any challenges. I just track my own progress each day. I'm sorry you'll miss the challenges, though. Great job on your meals!

Thanks so much, Robin! I think I'll just miss the camaraderie in the challenge groups. We've all become friends and have the same group of people each week, so it's more like a little family. I'm sure we'll figure something out. :)

I made your hash brown waffles this morning but I used my regular waffle maker and I opened too soon, will definitely have to retry at another time. Still having a hard time eating breakfast, but I’m trying!🥴🤣

It took me a couple tries before I got them - and had I made them in the regular waffle maker, I'm sure I wouldn't have cooked them long enough. LOL At least you're trying!! 😊💕

I don't have a fit bit. Years back I did WW online and they had chat boards and we would post challenges. I loved them, but last time I looked at WW Canada online the chat boards are gone. Too bad we don't have a way to do challenges on here or something

The WW app has the community called Connect, but I don't think it's like the old chat boards. I agree - too bad we couldn't do something on here. I'll have to look around and see what I can find!

@@PlanningUsHealthy have you ever heard or seen whipped cottage cheese? i’m gonna try to make own with my good culture cottage cheese. i saw a recipe online with toast, whipped cottage cheese and eggs. sounded amazing 😊

@@sandiland0000 I haven't! BUT I'm actually editing a video where I made sourdough toast with cottage cheese and egg on it! I saw it on social media, but I don't remember the one I saw being whipped. But it was soooo good anyway!! 😋😋 It will be on my next What I Eat in a Day video. :)

I would add onion, celery,green pepper to the meatloaf. Not being critical but otherwise it's just a turkey burger to me

No, I totally understand! When I found this recipe online, I loved how basic and simple it was, but you can definitely add whatever you like and make it your own. Love your ideas!

I recently found your channel and am new to weight watchers. Thanks for your videos of what you eat in a day. I’m having trouble losing even though I stay within the points so I started counting calories, carbs and protein as well, like you mentioned. I know how many calories I need but do you have a range of carbs and protein that you shoot for? I think I might need to monitor those as well. Thanks for any advice you can give 😊

Hi Diane! I only give the calories because I have some people who don't follow WW. But I would say if you're doing Weight Watchers, just be patient and make sure you're eating enough. Sometimes people find if they don't use at least half of their weeklies, they don't lose. It takes a little bit for your body to adjust. I don't count carbs or anything - I just do the points. I do just make sure I'm getting over 100 grams of protein just for myself because my doctor encouraged me to shoot for that based on my personal needs. But we are all different.

@@PlanningUsHealthy same. I have a few groups that are in weekly challenges. Every week. I don’t know what they are thinking with this decision but I think it’s a mistake. Like when My Fitness Pal recently removed the scanner from the free app. I know a lot of people that dropped it. I’m seriously thinking of dropping my premium Fitbit package. ☹️

I do watch your videos all the time, but rarely comment since they are seem to rotate in the background so quickly. Thanks for sharing your recipes too! I love avocado toast, but I can never pick a good one. Where do you buy frozen? and does it get watery when you defrost it for your toast? TIA

Hi Laura! I got that bag from Aldi, but my Walmart sells it also. And no, it tastes just like fresh avocado. I just let it thaw or put it in the microwave for a quick thaw and then spread it on there just like regular. I love it!

I like it! I honestly can't tell a difference between that and the fresh avocado. I just let it thaw out (or sometimes pop it in the microwave on defrost setting for maybe 5 to 10 seconds). It's not watered down or anything, like I was afraid in the beginning.
