I just bought the Alzheimer's Cookbook because it was at Ollie's for $6.99. It does have some interesting recipes. I am going to look at your video before cooking anything. I will leave out the oil. Last year I used FOK App on my phone a lot. Then I found the small FOK cookbook with many people doing the recipes and I love this one. If I want to modify a recipe I ask Chat GPT first. Chat GPT has helped me out many times. I wish my husband was the type who would eat a bag of frozen food but he just likes certain things like enchilada sauce. So I am learning to put enchilada sauce in more recipes.

Oh that's a really cool idea to use Chat GPT to help modify a recipe! And I know what you mean about cooking for other people. I could eat really simple meals, but sometimes you have to get a little more creative to please everyone.
