This is the worst condition i have ever faced. I feel trapped, knowing I'm healthy but not being able to run because of my stupid achey feet.

Oh God,I did push through the pain for nearly 2 years and now I'm,in a wheelchair Its constant and I can no longer do ANYTHING. I fractured my ankle in February and it never healed, only got much worse.I found out I have heel spurs and stress fracture, but it didn't show up on ER xray.so they put me on physical therapy which just made it. Thousand times worse.now I'm deciding if I need a podiatrist or a foot and ankle surgeon. Thank you for all your suggestions.

First time I had PF, it got cured after 9 months totally. I had given up running and tried everything, contrast bath, accupuncture and heat treatment. But due to inactivity, my blood sugar level shot up. Now it came back again but not with same severity. I am running every fourth day (6 to 10 K). But my BS level is under control

The best thing you can do is massage your gall bladder for five minutes then stand up. If the pain is gone or greatly less, drink apple cider vinegar before meals. Continue to massage the gall area.

Is it possible for someone who doesn't cook to even eat healthy? The only thing I can pretty much cook is an egg lol. I usually eat what my family makes, "which is very greasy Mexican food", or frozen dinners

+playaprinnces Absolutely. And make sure you eat only organic eggs. Just focus on eating non-processed foods. Even health food stores are filled with junk food. You should eat raw vegetables in their natural state. Nothing canned/frozen/packaged etc. I find eating healthy much easier because there is less preparation. When I am hungry for a carrot, I eat a carrot. If I am hungry for cashews, I put them in my mouth and eat them. If your family eats junk food, buy your own food. If you do not have money, focus on fixing that problem instead.
