This is the worst condition i have ever faced. I feel trapped, knowing I'm healthy but not being able to run because of my stupid achey feet.

Oh God,I did push through the pain for nearly 2 years and now I'm,in a wheelchair Its constant and I can no longer do ANYTHING. I fractured my ankle in February and it never healed, only got much worse.I found out I have heel spurs and stress fracture, but it didn't show up on ER xray.so they put me on physical therapy which just made it. Thousand times worse.now I'm deciding if I need a podiatrist or a foot and ankle surgeon. Thank you for all your suggestions.

@@andrewcarrill4408 ah ok! Thanks man. I was in horrible pain last 3 days couldn’t extend my toes up or down. The sole and arch of my foot was so painful like I’ve torn something. Was that similar to what you had? Did you have any pain since?
@andrewcarrill44082 жыл бұрын
@@skaxman99 very similar. Micro tears in the tendon. I went low inflammatory diet (lots of meat and tendons (ny strip)), fruit, and rehabbed with tendon strengthening exercises. Haven’t looked back since

First time I had PF, it got cured after 9 months totally. I had given up running and tried everything, contrast bath, accupuncture and heat treatment. But due to inactivity, my blood sugar level shot up. Now it came back again but not with same severity. I am running every fourth day (6 to 10 K). But my BS level is under control

Oh the first time I had the plantar problem. It took a full year and 4 months to completely heal,but that was in 1999😫 and I had no resources lke I do now,only my dr.saying stay off my foot but it was impossible with a newborn plus a disabled child so that sucked.great shoes made the difference

What shoes did you benefit from the most, while you were in pain?

The best thing you can do is massage your gall bladder for five minutes then stand up. If the pain is gone or greatly less,drink apple cider vinegar before meals. Continue to massage the gall area.

Is it possible for someone who doesn't cook to even eat healthy? The only thing I can pretty much cook is an egg lol. I usually eat what my family makes, "which is very greasy Mexican food", or frozen dinners
@clarevickers41058 жыл бұрын
learn to cook, Mexican black beans are excellent for many dishes, try using real butter or Coconut oil if possible 😘
@freeheelpainhelp8 жыл бұрын
+playaprinnces Absolutely. And make sure you eat only organic eggs. Just focus on eating non-processed foods. Even health food stores are filled with junk food. You should eat raw vegetables in their natural state. Nothing canned/frozen/packaged etc. I find eating healthy much easier because there is less preparation. When I am hungry for a carrot, I eat a carrot. If I am hungry for cashews, I put them in my mouth and eat them. If your family eats junk food, buy your own food. If you do not have money, focus on fixing that problem instead.
