I was half expecting something violent or gory to happen at some point, but somehow I knew that you wouldn't bring it to that place, and it fits. It's almost like there's this threat that things could go off the rails any minute, and the fact that they never do is really powerful and anxiety inducing. Loved it!

I try to take a year off from watching my favorite animators, so I was delighted to come back to a handful of videos from one of my top five favorites. But I am very disappointed to hear David censor himself, especially in such a dark and powerful scene. The modern internet environment has broken this genius of a human being, apparently scared to be subjected to "cancel culture" or just the inconsistent content flagging that this particular platform contains. Watch a dog after torture or person being mutilated in war is fine but you have to say "unalive yourself". We love you Mr. Firth, never stop being your absolute self.

I gotta be honest this one feels like another classic. This one gave me a similar feeling that I got as a teenager watching David Firth videos. And I feel like this is a more mature, easier to digest version of some of the characters in his earlier works. Really enjoy this one.
