Yeah, it would be like my favorite Black Library novel, “Gold Dudes are better then Silver Dudes”, where three Custodes fought Imotekh the Storm Lord and his army. Two of them killed themselves just to flex on the Nekrons because they were unnecessary, and the one Custodian ran through and blew them all up.

In general that's almost always true. Titans are cool but they're generally not worth their points

@vsGoliath96 most definitely would've gotten more wounds on the board making a better than wall and probably better shooting of he brought alluas since a squad of 5 does me pretty nuke any swarms especially in sheild host with the strat that gives me sustain hits 1 in shooting with all weapons that and valerian leading Wardens is better imo you can make them -1 to hit -1 to wound and -1 to ap with a 4++ fnp

The Reaver titan datasheets honestly suck, Chaos Reaver is even worse. They just don't have anywhere near the volume of attacks you'd get out of the same points spread across 4-5 units so bad rolls hurt them so much more.

You're almost always fighting an uphill battle anytime you run a titan but it is really cool.

@@AAhmou yes titans are great for small number of target damage but it doesn’t have enough guns to deal with a list like 8 blood thirsters plus everything else. When you break down titans they’re almost always are a net negative in terms of points to battlefield impact. I am lucky if my warlord has enough turns to score back about half of its points cost unless another titan is on the table.

This was such a fantastic, frustrating game to watch!! I would have done way worse than Nick, but it's always hard seeing the golden banana's loose! Beautifully played by both Nick and the odd demon man with the fabulous voice. Please do more themed battles like this from the lore, even if they don't play out how the fans would like, they are so captivating!!

This was an amazing video and i'm SO glad i watched it. the models, especially the Bloodthirsters are BEAUTIFUL and the game was a nailbiter. 30 damage to the titan was NUTS. That bloodthirster definitely needs a name. I humbly suggest: "Baracima Titanfeller," aka "The Breaker of Hope."
