This video is so underrated. Should be called the basics of plyometrics. Has to be the best break down of plyometrics that’s over seen. My mind has really opened up more to implementing this into just regular training

This video is amazing. Not sure how this hasn’t blown up more. I’ve been getting back into basketball after taking a few years off and my jumping, bounding, and hopping are all off. Going to incorporate these into my training.

Excellent. Is there a video that talks more about building the Achilles for rapid absorption in jumps? A lot of these if not most or bent knee stuff. Im there right now physically. What’s the progression to stuff like “jump rope” style jumps

Any S. I. joint fitness and rehab? I've dislocated the left side so many times. It causes problems all over now. I used to study ballet and other forms of dance.

What do you recommend for a gymnast who is trying to improve their plyometric/ SSC ability?

@Inebriatd I've got the diagnostics few months ago. but no further examinations nor treatment was received. I live in Philippines, hospitals here are over crowded with Covid patients. living in the most Population dense City in the world, currently i'm not trying to go near any hospitals.
