PM Lee to take on Senior Minister role; any major changes to Cabinet to come after GE: Lawrence Wong

Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will take on the position of Senior Minister after relinquishing his role, but the rest of the Cabinet will not see many changes for now, Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong told reporters on Tuesday (Apr 16).
Mr Wong will officially become Prime Minister on May 15, taking the reins from Mr Lee.

Singapore is extremely lucky and fortunate to have good and trustworthy Prime Ministers and President tbh that are able to lead the country well and developed. We should treasure and appreciate the things we have now while we can and not always complain and say negative things to the PM. It's not good and fair to bully them as they have worked very hard to improve our lives and future. Yes, some ministers do 'lie' but at least our PM Lee himself didn't and he is just doing his job to keep our citizens safe. I am very happy that Lee Hsien Loong (my personal favourite minister, despite those 'negative' reviews of others which I don't care tbh) will continue to serve the nation beyond his PM role while he enjoys his life forward
