Thank you for the video, in the last video section "Working with templates to standardise our work" how could you make sure all team members saw those tasks?
@minor-co2 жыл бұрын
Generally the templates are just for me as I'm the one creating the tasks. Then I assign the task to the relevant person and that's how they see it.

Hey Paul, great video! Is your Calendly-Zapier-Asana flow matching a task based on the email from Calendly if I may ask? How about when person 2 for a company books a call?
@minor-co2 жыл бұрын
Yes it does. When person 2 books the call, Zapier won't be able to link the subtask to the task. So I have to manually make it a subtask of the parent.

what do you recommend for time tracking with Asana?
@minor-co2 жыл бұрын
Harvest.
@EricCook2 жыл бұрын
What option, if any, are you using for time tracking? Love your stuff. Super helpful!
@minor-co2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Eric. Some tools I'd recommend looking into are Harvest and Everhour
@EricCook2 жыл бұрын
@@minor-co we are using Everhour now. Was just curious if there were others you’d recommend. Thanks.

Hi Paul! helpful and useful tips as always! thanks! i'm wondering about the storage of Asana in keeping all projects, pictures, information - how are these stored and how much space do we have? coz for past year's projects and exchanges with team, we still want to have access on them so deleting them is not an option. if we archive - is it easy to access?
@minor-co Жыл бұрын
There isn't a limit on the amount of storage you can get. Yes, feel free to archive and you'll be able to revisit these projects later. I'm still able to go back and see tasks from almost 10 years ago.

Is there any specific video on how to achieve the tasks? Thanks

Loving your stuff! Do you have any content on projects vs Teams?? I'm having a challenging time understanding the difference.

Thanks Mike. Sorry, not on this channel but this is something I go into more depth on in my course: paulminors.com/consulting/asana-consulting/

Yes, I store my SoP's as task templates (like the example in the video) or as project templates.
@heidilootsma89492 жыл бұрын
@@minor-co what program do you use to create your SOP's. I saw one of your videos (which I can't find) where you talked about software you used to record videos and take the text to break it into steps using screenshots from the video.

Are you using the new version 3.0 and is it a big update
@minor-co2 жыл бұрын
Asana is always updating in the browser so I'm on the latest version. No major update recently from what I can tell.
