Someone was once passive aggressive towards and by belittling me and putting me down in front of others, I was in shock because I wasn’t expecting this from this person at all, I processed the situation with God and then I realized this is some one I could not have as a close friend but more of an acquaintance. I realized it wasn’t me at fault that was her baggage coming out onto me. I didn’t react at all when this happened. I will listen to this podcast and listen to it again to see how Dr. Leaf approaches the situation.

While this podcast was full of good info, the commercials from the good doctor and YT made it hard to listen to. Too many plugs for other segments and products.

Scrolled past a dozen videos after searching "passive aggression" and I clicked on a vid from a fellow South African!!! What a lovely surprise 😊

I’ve had my daughters confront my P.A. Now I recognize it! How does one handle a person who doesn’t want to recognize this?😖

Thank you for this help\guidance. I was assertive with a person who was being passive aggressive. It created more waves of passive aggressive behaviours. I can’t control their response. Ill work on me!
