How funny.....I have a typical Busy day grooming and I just finished listening to an interview between Dr Mercola and Dr Gundry and was thinkin to myself I'd REALLY like to hear something from my other favorite health teacher today ....You!🤣 I checked my email and boom...here it is!!! Hi Beverly! I am not. We try to eat whole real foods as often as possible. Including meat. But I'm not perfect either. We still love to go out to eat and eat "unhealthy" foods from time to time as well :) but I always eat my cultured foods and as many other healthy foods as possible.

I was seeing a Naturopathic doctor for 5 months and he told me no pickled or fermented foods, including kombucha! He said it was bad for my blood type. I am not going to him anymore.

Hello to u. I am curious about sour dough bread. Doesn't baking kill the good bacteria in it?

Hi Nyra! you won't get probiotics from sourdough bread. But making sourdough with fermentation breaks down the flour making it more digestible and more nutritious and overall easier on the gut. But for probiotics/good bacteria you'll still need cultured foods like cultured veggies, kefir and kombucha.

Hi Lars! It's almost impossible to go zero carbs. Even some types of meat have carbs. (mussels etc) I'm more a promoter of eating a balanced diet of real wholesome food. When healing it can be good to go on a more restrictive diet for a short time to allow the body to heal. But as a lifestyle I'm pro wholesome real food.
