I like the way you say that you're not walking on your treadmill so that people don't get nauseous and then don't show any visuals of you not walking on your treadmill. That way people can't get nauseous even imagining you on your treadmill regardless of whether you are or not. Genius!

Amazing. Same thing happened to my mom. Her BP was so high that her doctor didn’t want to let her leave the hospital and made her sign a waiver… after six months of eating WFPB she’s gone from a size 2X to a medium/large and her BP is as good as mine.

Hi Dr Greger. Thank you, thank you for your huge commitment to our health! I have your books and listen to you regularly. I’m having trouble following what you say recently. Ha ha, I’m good at languages, but your speed leaves me a bit confused. I wish my brain worked as fast as yours does. I thank you so much for all you do, no matter what your speed! ❤

Dr Greger, Thank you for all you do. I watched Beyond Weight Loss and am curious as to your perspective on Keith Klein’s Nutritional Partitioning concept.

Great. I did not know that honey is considered an added sugar. I thought I quit sugar two years ago. I now see i did not. Well, throwing out the honey and garlic fermented in honey as well. Now I eat sugar free, lactose free, gluten free, caffeine free, alcohol free, sodium free, oil free, meat free, poultry free, fish free, and processed foods free.

My brother was recently diagnosed with hereditary hemachromatosis and I’m currently being tested. I am storing some iron, so doing further testing. Do you have any recommendations of foods to avoid? I am completely plant-based.
@littlevoice_112 күн бұрын
If you Google high iron plants it will bring up the list e.g. dried apricots. It can help to avoid vit c when consuming these foods. Some foods actually block the iron too e.g. Tea.

@ thank you. I have done all the googling 😆 just wanting to know if he had any additional knowledge for me.

What about xylitol gum? and while on the subject,, what about those fancy mouthwashes like ACT and CloSYS?
@Maggdusa2 күн бұрын
I love Dr. Greger, but I am disappointed in this video. He is mumbling, slurring his words, talking way too fast, and some answers even seem belittling to the person asking.

Really simple way to benefit from xylitol without the cardiac risk: use it as a mouthwash, hold it in for a couple of minutes, then spit it out completely. Simple.
@Hanna-vq6sb2 күн бұрын
That one study that found those negative health effects of xylitol used really large amounts. A few chewing gums or tablets daily is not connected to any known risks, but has been shown in multiple studies to protect teeth from caries - which has much bigger negative health effects.
