@2H80vids4 жыл бұрын
Exactly. He's not trying to prove anything, just enjoying himself. I get the whole "survival" thing but if you've got the gear with you, why not use it? He used the car to get to a beautiful spot that he like, completely deserted, and rather than get cold, wet and dirty, why not just camp beside the car? He knows how to treat himself too, a decent bottle of Scotch and a gourmet(ish) meal. He even "roughed it" a bit by using a plastic cup.👍 Works for me, just subscribed. Cheers from Scotland,🥃 Dougie

I was unaware of of hot tent camping until a year ago. I think it's a fantastic way to spend a couple of hermit type days. You've got nature's television (the fire) and food. Oh yeah, booze too. What else do you need? Well, pussy's always nice, but what do you do with the broad after those five minutes are used up? Oh yeah, put her back in the box she came in 'till next time.

Almost any two identical tents can be made into winter tent by putting one inside the other, then insulating in between the two. I use the bubble foil, but I left space to stick in some card board as well. Since mine is out in the elements for extended periods of time, I put a few layers of outdoor paint on it as well to seal it better. I would make a video but I think I just explained it.
