On September 24, 2023, FWC Officers Were dispatched to the Jupiter Sandbar. In regards to several vessels operating recklessly, and causing
a disturbance. After searching the area ,Two vessels were spotted
matching the description & video given to the officers. Upon approaching the beached vessels 3 subjects began throwing cans into the mangroves.

The camera was positioned on his chest, so it makes sense that there may be inappropriate footage of underage girls captured inadvertently due to the varying levels on water and boat. It's interesting how some images were pixilated of private documents, obviously done by police, yet the edit made of this police cam footage focussed on the bikinis, underage crotch shots were not pixillated. Given the job they are doing and the environment, maybe a cap mounted camera would be more appropriate given the way they do BUI testing. But that's irrelevant, it's the purpose behind the camera that is important and cop cam was not originally invented for the public's love of schadenfreude or for youtube vids gaping at young girls in skimpy swimwear for people to cash in on. Don't blame the cop for the creepy, his head was about a foot above that camera. They all get the talk about how to be 100% careful around barely clad minors to protect themselves from being called creepers, hence the cameras being switched on at all times, even when sound is off. Caveat- yes, creepy cops do exist, creeps are everywhere, unavoidable, agreed. But, do relatively young YT editors understand that while crotch shots may grab the attention of a certain type of male viewer and monetise, it turns a whole lot of people off who have kids, as it's basically exploitation of minors by editing original legal material and it's morally distasteful behaviour. Sexualisation of teens has always been a problem, this adds a new extra dimension to it. This stuff is becoming more and more common as people work their way around the algorithms over time. I'm unsure if there is a possible legal issue here that has or will arise in future with these kind of videos and underage teens, but don't be the one to find out, Donny. Just a heads up, you've done a lot of good with your NERD vids and found an original angle on the cop vid genre, don't screw that up by messing this close with the laws surrounding minors and nudity, mate. By high school I had been in probably 10-15 fist fights, as that was how men handled their differences.. now they just bully people on social media, and cause kids to off themselves instead of solve it like men.. nearly every fight I was involved either win or lose, I became friends, or gained respect from the other person, we always shook hands and the beef was over at that second.. Now its constant shit talk for a neverending period of time, or gunshots that take lives..
