Slamming on the brakes right after getting passed by a Charger, which is clearly being pursued by law enforcement considering the flashing blue lights flying up behind them, was exceedingly dumb. There was ample room and time for them to move left to the other lane or right onto the shoulder, yet they chose to hit the brakes and do absolutely nothing like an idiot. I am surprised the trooper didn't instinctively try to pass them on the right when it became clear they weren't moving over, but it seems like he anticipated them being cognizant of their surroundings and actually moving over to the left lane. Smh.... Unfortunately I encounter plenty of these oblivious, non-driving mf'ers every single day here in Little Rock.

There is no defense. The trooper is the PROFESSIONAL and has the legal responsibility to operate safely. The vehicle code requires motorists to pull to the RIGHT and stop! When you come racing right up on someone THAT fast, they dont have time to react. It appears the car that was hit was pulling to the right like they are required to. 100% troopers fault.

Did you see the scat pack cut him off then the flashing light caused them to brake as they were positioning in the right hand side look at the motion of the officer before you blame the mazda he juke right first then realized he wasn't making that.

It's always a trip watching these pursuit videos around Little Rock, traversing the same interstates and roads that I've traveled daily for decades now, especially when I can look at the date and time to see where I would've been during these particular chases. It's amazing how close I've come to just missing some of these happening live.

Criminals are using code grabbing scanners to duplicate key fobs. My Charger and Durango are pushing button start, no key. I had a coworker who’s Dodge pickup was stolen from DFW airport parking garage because of key fob scanning.
