I like the tips you share based on techniques that some experience engineers may ignore. As a producer, I've noticed a lot of mistakes because of not having a full understanding on a variety of equipment functions. Tips and tricks goes along way.

Love your videos they helped so much. I have a little problem man that maybe you can help with please? I use different synths and a drum machine with my mpc one. I made a complete song using sounds I recorded and a plugin sample from the mpc one itself and I then made one combined sequence but when I exported the wav all that played on the track was the plugin sample that is inbuilt in the mpc one. Did the other tracks not record because they are midi? I tried bouncing one of the midi tracks to an audio track but still can't seem to get any sound when the wav played back. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I’ve had the same issue once in a while what I do is route my synths back into the Mpc as audio Make sure monitor is onI’m still having problems understanding the bouncing Midi to Audio but Like I said I just route everything back into my MPC as an audio track I would also try when you hit the folder instead of saving export as audio mix down

@@PoliPopo thanks for replying man! I'm not 100% sure how to route the sound back in. Have you a video I can see this being done? Sorry but how exactly do I record the sound back in as audio? I simply want to be able to record the tracks separately in an easy way instead of recording each synth part into a daw and saving. Be handy to simply make a song as I did and it would do this for me when exploded but it doesn't seem possible it seems. A pity :(

did you make a video on how to mix and mastering in the MPC using mono but DAWLESS. I know you had one with DAW using an audio interface that routed to a mixing board. I noticed when I panned a kick either left or right in the MPC it sounded weaker. If you did please link and thanks for the videos man keep em coming!

Poli popo!! I got an issue I’m having when exporting my exploded tracks into cubase. For some reason, the tracks all come out at a slightly slower tempo then what I made it in. I tried to exported in wav and in flac to see if that may be the problem but it seems to do it in both file format. I don’t understand why it’s slowing down my songs when I export.

Hey Poli, quick question here. Is there a way to export (for example) an audio track sample with effects? In standalone mode, the MPC Live has limited use of some effects plugins, quickly hitting the limit and not allowing the same effect to be used on new tracks. (doubler and harmony, for example). I would like to export the audio track into a sample that is the raw sound combined with the effects. Is there an easy way to do that? Thank you in advance for your answer.

I would change the sampler settings from input 1&2 to resample and then add to a new pad This is what I had to do to get the same sample to play with different fx kzbin.info/www/bejne/mYTPlH6fZb9rbcU

@@PoliPopo By the way, I was wondering how you'd feel about doing a co-lab video/podcast where we talk about different stuff, gear, MPC Workflow, your channel, etc. I'd love to have an hour or so where we just shoot the shit about different music related stuff and see if we can make an interesting series with it. Any interest?

@@CaidicusProductions for sure 💯 If you hit the folder on the main screen at the top, on the bottom right of the screen it’ll say export when you hit export it’ll save your audio wave file Make sure master inserts box is checked

How are brother I been trying to explode my tracks on my mpc x the I'm having is that the folder folder you click on to export the tracks does show on the top on the main page does not show only the internal hard folder which does not open for me to export can you help me brother
@PoliPopo Жыл бұрын
I would recommend saving to a USB hit save and save as tell it to save to usb and there should be a box that says explode tracks. I don’t recommend saving to the internal and hope this helps.

Having serious problems. Once I hit explode, all those sounds from that track are silent.
@quietizkept2 жыл бұрын
Also, if there are are any tracks after the track I explode, it doesn’t do anything besides muting it. The new tracks it should create just aren’t there. So to get it to explode at all, I have to delete the tracks after it. Even then, they aren’t all there.
@quietizkept2 жыл бұрын
Furthermore, if ignore all this, following your steps precisely, it exports all those exploded sounds to the same file anyway. This is a nightmare. I watched this video over and over, I didn’t miss any steps.
