For this recipe you will need:
4 cups of flour
½ cup of grind dhal flour (split pea flour)
¾ tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp saffron powder
1 tsp. instant yeast
4 cloves of garlic
1 hot pepper
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
Oil for frying
4 cups of warm water
